With projects throughout Vancouver, the Lower Mainland, British Columbia and Western Canada , our eco-friendly boutique studio is dedicated to providing cutting edge design solutions, applying a deep green approach to all of our projects. Our dwellings are smartly designed, flexible and use less - less energy, less material, less maintenance, with the goal to eliminate non-environmentally friendly & unhealthy elements. We are experts in standards such as Passive House, Net Zero, LEED Platinum, Minergie and Zero Emission Buildings.

Next to implementing advanced design technologies such as REVIT and 3D visualization including virtual reality (VR), our design services include preparing an energy model to ensure best energy performance and comfort using the PHPP energy software (Passive House Planning Software).

We also offer comprehensive green interior design services where pay close attention to the building’s energy and water usage, the types of materials, furniture, fixtures, finishes, appliances, electronics, and cabinetry installed. This reduces waste during construction/renovation, and helps the end user reduce their waste too with strategic design features.

We incorporate as much of the outside culture and landscape into the interior as possible, planning a socially and economically conscious space and, ultimately, creating a healthy indoor environment for those that will live, work, eat, sleep, and play in the space.
