Single Family Passive House plus Basement Rental, Vancouver
Currently under construction, the team at Marken has designed a west coast modern 3,000 sqf single-family plus rental basement suite residence salted to be ready of occupancy in summer of 2020. Located in East Vancouver, this pre-certified Passive House incorporates many green building features including heat pump heating and hot water, triple pane windows, low VOC products, a high-performance heat recovery ventilation system and much more.
